I just vacated my storage locker after more than 11 years. When I opened it few days ago, I was expecting a big mess of dust and dirtiness but I got a great pleasant surprise when I opened the lock for first time in so long... everything was mostly as I left it. Facilities are super clean and the staff is always super useful and attentive. Even while living abroad, I could solve any issues via email or phone at a speedy and timely manner. I truly recommend this storage facility.

The customer service I received from Mike and David was impeccable. They were both so helpful with all my requests and they were professional and friendly. The security seems very good. It is climate controlled and well lit. There is a very handy loading dock to pull into with access for scooters, wheelchairs and wheeled moving equipment. The pricing is OK. I would absolutely recommend this storage facility to anyone.

I was a customer for 2.5 years and the entire experience there was wonderful. It is very clean and secure. The customer service team have been exceptionally kind, helpful and professional throughout the years. The service is exceptional. I usually go there on the weekends because of my work schedule and I have to say that David is an awesome individual. We have had great conversations about Vancouver, Toronto, music etc... The professionalism in this place is grade A and I can honestly say that this place was the best storage facility I have been in. I will definitely use them in the future if needed. I had a great experience all around with Storguard. When I was first looking for a unit, Mike helped me to choose one that would serve my purposes and offered any information I needed in getting around the building and such. Now I'm relocating so I moved my belongings out and Oliver helped me with everything needed in that process. Both employees very friendly and willing to help. Great company and I highly recommend them.

I’ve been meaning to write this review since the end of November, and I’m so glad I’m finally doing it.

The entire experience here has been wonderful. The storage lockers are clean, secure, and easy to access however, what really stood out to me was the incredible customer service. The gentleman who works on the weekends is absolutely fabulous! He was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful at a time when I was going through a really difficult period in my life, and his care honestly made my day.

I wish I remembered your name, but please know how grateful I am. Your kindness meant more than you probably realized.

I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone looking for storage. And if you can, definitely come in on the weekend and you’ll be in the best hands. Thank you so much, and I hope to see you again soon!

It is what it is. It’s. Small affordable storage locker location. It did take 30% annual price jump though which was hard to swallow for a small non profit.

I live over a kilometre away and my bedroom faces Storguard. Their night lights are so bright that my blackout curtains don’t work. I was literally able to read a book with all my lights turned off because of Storguard. I understand that they advertise being safe and bright but this is at the cost of the people in the neighborhood. The old owners of the building had normal lights and this wasn’t a problem. Hopefully they can dim their lights a bit!

Was going to store my things here but after talking to David I decided not to, I can’t imagine hanging to deal with him ever again. He’s rude and condescending.

He just wants to talk incessantly about unnecessary stuff instead of answering important questions regarding storage space and door access dimensions.

Conveniently located and super secure indoor storage facility a 5 minute drive from downtown Vancouver. I selected this particular facility because clients can only access it during business hours so there’s no chance of undesirables wandering around the facility. There are ample loading bays, tons of dollies and when it comes to price, my locker was a third of the price that I was paying at Sentinal in South Van (terrible location). Very friendly and professional staff too. Highly recommend!

Clean, great value for money, great customer service. Oliver helped me out and provided awesome service. Highly recommend. You can get smaller storage lockers for $40CAD a month which is hard to find anywhere else.
