I’ll start by saying the actual workmanship was good, which is why I’m giving 2 stars. I had previously used Precision for my roof a few years ago and had a positive experience, but unfortunately the company doesn’t seem to be what it used to be.

The main issue is communication.. After they did not honor their original written quote, we agreed to the revised price to avoid the hassle of getting new quotes. The workers installed the new gutters but left immediately afterward without speaking to us. I later emailed several questions regarding the gutter pitch and an additional metal piece that had been installed. Since I didn’t receive clear answers, I asked if someone could return to inspect the pitch and contact me before any further work was done so we could discuss next steps.

Instead, while I was away on vacation, additional work was completed without my authorization or any follow-up, which was quite shocking.

The gutters themselves look fine, but communication is just as important as workmanship when you’re trusting someone to work on your home. Unfortunately, that part of the experience was very disappointing. This was made worse when I was told the work was done “per my request,” which is absolutely not the case, and I have the email correspondence to prove it. I felt as a smaller job, they didn’t really care to take the time with our project, and rushed to get it done and over with.

From start to finish outstanding!Mike salesman, JP The, closer and the project manager, Irvin, outstanding, the work was great. They cleaned up. They got it done in one day. The price was middle of the road not too high & great warranty, couldn’t be happier highly, highly recommend! It stinks having to have your roof done over but if you have to get a new roof put on these are the guys to go with. We even had someone that came to pick up our deposit and she was lovely as well. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Without a doubt, the best in the business! Precision went above and beyond every step along the way. My wife and I were purchasing a home and under contract when we contacted Precision Roofing. We had a thorough inspection done by Precision that found some major need of repairs due to a squirrel infestation. They were happy to give us all options to choose for the repair and were super budget conscious. Even when our house purchase become extremely difficult and was pushed back 5-6 weeks Precision was flexible through the entire process and provided us with no pressure. As soon as we were able to close they were happy to schedule us the week after closing! The quality of their work is second to none paired with their excellent communication and kindness makes them an outstanding company to work with.

From meeting Charlie for the initial quote to the completion of the roof installation we were very pleased with Precision Roofing. They were professional, responsive and so clean. Once our permit was obtained, they were here within 2 weeks to replace our roof.
The team showed up on time and completed our roof install in a day. Prior to leaving the property they made sure that everything had been picked up and no debris was left on the ground.
We would highly recommend this company.
