Subject: Complaint About Unprofessional and Unfriendly Service at Chase Branch

Dear Chase Customer Service,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor customer service I experienced at your branch on November 5, 2025.

When we arrived to complete a notary, there were about ten employees standing around and no visible customers being assisted. Despite this, the atmosphere felt tense — no one greeted us or smiled, and the staff appeared uncomfortable and disengaged.

After some time, Robert Park agreed to help and perform the notary. While I appreciate that he eventually assisted us, his manner was unprofessional and rude. He repeatedly snapped at me when I asked questions, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Chase promotes itself as a customer-focused institution, and I believe all branch staff should reflect that standard. Professionalism, courtesy, and a welcoming attitude should be the norm — not the exception.

I hope that this feedback is shared with the branch management to ensure better service and improved staff conduct in the future.

As other reviewers saying, this is probably one of the worst Chase Banks branch, I am not sure if its the bank or the Robert (one of the employee). Too much waiting, more then hour to open an account and 1 hour to add a new member for an existing account. On top with lot of attitude and unprofessionalism. Guys go to Bank of American right opposite to this branch, they will serve you better. I am closing the account and moving there.

Pretty decent experience at this Chase. Some things take forever (like opening or closing an account, and for some reason require you to sit there while they click click click. More should be possible to do online or not require in-person)

The teller staff are very quick and efficient, and very professional.

One plus: the branch has good ventilation. CO2 levels were around 600 the last couple visits.

400-450 = outdoors
450-600 = good
600-800 = just OK
800-1000 = bad
1000+ = very bad
