Visited this Capital One Cafe to take advantage of the final MLB Monday where you got a free handcrafted beverage with the QR code. This is a super busy location, so they have good line control and only one person at the cash register to try and slow down the line. Even so, the security guard still had to push us back as there ended up being close to 30 people waiting for their drinks to be made. The line for the restroom was like 15 people deep and it was near impossible to find a seat. Did however appreciate the dedicated cleaner that was cleaning tables as soon as anyone stepped away before the table was pounced on by people.

Drinks were ok. But we came in 5 min before serving, and instead of letting folks who already came in have a normal, relaxing experience, they were yelling at everyone that they were closing, not letting people sit down, rushing everyone. If your level of service deteriorates progressively as you get closer to closing time, maybe list that on your schedule. You know, "At 5:30 our service degrades 50%, we rush you to order and yell at you to leave"

The seasonal iced “Moonshot” drink changed me and is my new favourite iced coffee I have ever tried. Couldn’t get enough of it and in hindsight, really should’ve ordered another one the next time I walked past a Capital One Café. It was such a perfectly smooth and velvety blend of coffee and half & half. Whatever their house flavour and sweetener was, was so delicious! The indoor seating area is large but completely packed. Awesome place to sit and relax if you can get a spot!

I stopped by today just to check out since I work from home sometimes. Vanessa greeted us and was super friendly and given that I’m a card member she even showed me how I could book a book on the app if needed. She told me that if I were to use my capital one card to purchase anything at the cafe, I would get 50% off. The space is very clean, the coffee was delicious, and they have plenty of tables and outlets everywhere for ppl that come with electronic devices. Non Capital One members are welcome to use the cafe as well. Will definitely be coming to work from here.

As a Capital One member, getting 50% off is always a nice perk.

The coffee is consistently great, but unfortunately, the avocado toast didn’t live up to expectations. I stopped by before my shift today and placed an order. After waiting about 10 minutes, I received toast with bread that was overly hard—and to make matters worse, there was a piece of hair on it. Definitely not acceptable.

They kindly remade it, but the second attempt wasn’t much better. The bread was still so hard I could barely cut through it. It seems like the bread is being left in the oven too long. Hopefully the staff can be better trained to ensure more consistency and quality moving forward.
