Chase bank can be rough to deal with in general but they really need to cut their losses with this branch. My negative experiences here far outweigh the positive and the only thing I try to do here is deposit checks. Nothing but headaches.

Every Chase bank I've been to has great employees. They always greet you with a smile and by your first name. They are very kind and professional and make sure you are you and I love that so nobody can steal your identity or your money!

I had a 12:00 PM appointment to open an account, and the banker assigned to me, Gabriela Hermosillo Duarte, was aware of it. However, when I arrived, she took another customer instead of honoring my scheduled appointment. I understand that walk-ins need help too, but if appointments are being offered, they should be respected and prioritized.
I was getting late for work, which made the situation frustrating.
That being said, I truly appreciate Jonathan Lopez for stepping in and helping me. He was professional, efficient, and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you, Jonathan, for your great customer service.
Overall, I hope the branch improves how appointments are handled in the future.

This review is a bit late but I needed to express my experience with this bank specifically the amazing banker Jonathan. I had my account hacked and a fake check for $500 was written and my account was overdrawn. All my money was taken and it was a very troubling time because I couldn’t pay my bills or buy essential things. I made an appointment with my banker Jonathan and it was such an easy, swift and quick fix that actually shocked me considering the reviews on this bank. I was worried it would take some time to fix it and even more time to get my money back. BUT it was the exact opposite. I got my account fixed and opened a new account all within 45 mins max. I got my money back within 24 hours and a new card within 2 days. Jonathan was sooooo kind and helpful. We had great conversations and he was genuinely determined to fix my issue as fast as possible. He even recommended I become a banker and he looked up job openings in my area to apply to! I greatly appreciated his help and keen interest in not only my banking needs but personal life matters as well. Thank you Jonathan for being such an amazing and attentive worker!!
