Bank is great. May be understaffed a bit but they work hard are very friendly and do the job with the client in mind. PARKING however is a nightmare. Take a breath and plan to be a bit annoyed about that part. Otherwise it's a good location.

I had a great experience at Wells Fargo. The staff was very kind and helpful, and I especially want to thank Warren Prentice. I asked if I could use the restroom, and although it’s usually private, he was very understanding and accommodating. That level of kindness really stood out to me. Thank you for the excellent service!

An incredibly long line with only two tellers. As far as I can tell the other workers just walk around pretending to be busy

**edit** Wells Fargo web bot responded to my concerns. Gave me a homework assignment of how I could let them know how much I think they suck. I don't care what every other employee in the building was doing, all I know is I waited 20 minutes to talk to a teller and then I didn't receive actual help. I came to my local bank and they immediately took care of what I needed. Never should have deviated to Wells fargo.

Wells Fargo sucks!!! One teller on a Friday afternoon. Eleven people in line in front of me. After 40 minutes, yes 40, I had to leave. Would use drive up teller service, oh wait they don't have any. Not an isolated issue the branch in my neighborhood is just as bad. As a long time customer finally the last straw. Moving accounts, won't miss WF!!
