I was in this branch today I came to open an account. The customer service very poor and then I feel discriminated because I’m a Hispanic person and everyone was just standing there and doing nothing.

This bank has poor customer service and when there is a problem they make you wait with no help as the employees give you dirty looks and speak poorly of you when you request a manager. Manager is just as bad as they never come to address the poor customer service. I'll be filing a formal complaint with chase bank.

Sold my car and deposited a cashiers check for $28,000 with verified funds, Chase held the check for 10 days. I made countless attempts to take the hold off. The issuing bank was more than helpful to provide proof of funds yet Chase did not seem to care. Out $28,000 for 10 days. 20 years with Chase, I will be closing my Chase accounts this week and telling anyone I know to stay away from them.

I have never reviewed a bank before and I want to say wow! What a pleasant experience. We needed to have paperwork notarized for my husband who has aphasia from a stroke and has to take his time. Eddie was so professional, patient and pleasant through the whole experience making sure all was done correctly. I would definitely recommend this branch. The receptionist was also gracious . In my years of banking I have never been treated so nicely, even my normally grouchy husband agreed.

This is the WORST customer service I have ever received at a Chase bank. Typically, I go to other Chase banks and have consistently received top notch service. I waited for a few minutes to be seen and when I was I had two requests:
1. Deposit a check into my personal account
2. Transfer funds from my personal account to my business account.
(I had plenty of excess funds in my personal account, so the deposit had no impact on funds being available to transfer.)
The employee told me she didn’t know how she was going to handle the situation because the funds hadn’t cleared and I told her that there were plenty of pre-existing fund in the account. I asked her why it was a difficult transaction and she said she didn’t know.
THEN the team lead, Morgan, came out and tossed two deposit and transfer sheets in front of me and told me to fill them out. I told her that typically the employees at Chase were more helpful and she told me that I had an attitude. I reminded her that I was the customer and she doubled down and told me I could do it on my app.
Just so disappointing to know that Chase hires employees like this who do not see value in customer service.
I’ll go back to other Chase banks where the customer is treated with kindness and professionalism.
