I’ve banked with ENT the last few years and for the most part it’s been an average or satisfactory experience. Today was not even close to satisfactory. As you can see from my profile I’ve left over 30 reviews and have only ever left 1 other review that was less than 5 stars. That was Dominos Pizza during COVID, you can probably imagine how bad that experience was. So it’s safe to say the customer service and professionalism of Ent in 2026 is on par with Dominos during COVID, essentially non existent.

Unfortunately it only takes one bad apple to spoil the whole cart and that is certainly the case here as I’ve had some decent interactions with other employees at this bank that wouldn’t motivate me to alert the general public to the lack of professionalism, lack of customer service and lack of basic human decency displayed by their service center coordinator Debra K.

Debra lacks basic customer service skills and the ability to seek to understand and hear customers or even clearly explain things. She is indignant and when I asked for further explanation for a bank fee charged to my account she told me she didn’t need to explain things any further, she had explained things enough, and it is the way it is and if I didn’t like it I could call their customer service in the back office. I pointed out it it was banking error and she defiantly said it wasn’t a banking error despite what the balance showed on my app there back office shows different information (which once again is a banking error since the bank provides the information you get from the app) She said she was done talking to me and would call the police on me if I didn’t leave. For me merely asking for further explanation and clarification. I almost laughed and told her to call the police. I hadn’t yelled at her, I had not cursed at her, I hadn’t threatened her and if anyone was out of line it was her. I then asked for her name and when I asked for her name at first she refused. When I asked a second time she told me verbatim “you can tell them you dealt with Debra on Lucent they know who I am” I eventually ended up just grabbing her business card and left without further incident but only because I deescalated while she was instigating and provoking a customer.

I highly recommend ENT review their customer service training and hold employees accountable when they act like this toward customers. It’s a great “learning opportunity” for Debra and I hope ENT takes full advantage of this opportunity to train her correctly and promote exceptional customer service rather than customer service that inspires members to leave and inform or warn other consumers on their way out.

Ive been a member of this credit union for years. I’m not sure what’s happened over the year or so but my advice is to take your money and run. First started off with them trying to roll out a new update to their app. That was a huge fail. Not to mention their app is in the stone ages when it comes to money transfers like Zelle and other accounts I have. I now have resorted to atm withdrawals and deposits for money transfers and if I’m lucky I’ll get my cash from the atm. I also spend more time at their atms waiting for the transaction(s) to process than it’s worth. ENT seems to think Bo Nix and Denver Broncos atm cards better than fixing and updating their operations. All in all don’t bank here and if you do consider leaving. I know I am.

The people that ENT hire are over the top the best out there for customer service!!! Always friendly, helpful and professional.

Thankfully i went into the bank establishment to help correct my online access while trying to complete mortgage documents because they're link provided would not work after several attempts to reset passwords and multiple devices, only to be met with sarcasm and condescending repore from the store clerk ross. Another representative assumed to help in which case I waited for 30 min until I asked for a response in which they told me that people that could help had been out of their office and they should have let me know.

You cannot find better customer service for a financial services company - security on account and mobile UI are superb. Formally a Wells Fargo and chase customer - always grumpy and act like we are doing them a favor. Will never go back! Small town feel for ENT, exactly how I want to be treated!
