Danny Linnell was a great person to guide us on getting a first time credit card and he made sure we knew what we were expecting, even told us what credit union benefits for us. Im assuming other customers came in with a bad attitude and took it out on the workers because not once did we feel bad vibes from the employees. Thank you again for Danny will be coming back again.

I went into dispute fraudulent charges and the service I received from Desean was the worst, No empathy or concern! I get that you don’t care that my money was stolen, but I care and if you didn’t want to assist me, you should’ve gotten me someone who wanted/could assist me. My apologies for going to your job for services you provide and being an inconvenience.. Will not be returning!

Extremely Disappointing Experience at E. Iliff Location

I arrived at the Credit Union of Colorado on E. Iliff Ave well within my 20-minute appointment window, only to be turned away, despite the branch being nearly empty and four employees, all loan specialists, standing around chatting. I was told by Dan that he couldn’t accept my appointment because “the computer wouldn’t allow it.” So now we talk to computers instead of people?

Even after explaining that I’m about to deploy with the Army, they still refused to help. No effort, no flexibility, no respect. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a branch so unwilling to support its veterans—especially when they have the time and the staff to do so.

This experience felt like peak laziness and a total disregard for customer service. I expected better from a credit union that claims to support the community. If you're military or just value being treated like a human being, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

I’ve been a customer for about a year now everything has worked well online for me. Today was the first time going in person with questions. I am very pleased with the help I received from both Tanya and Mark. They were so friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me in detail. I was shocked and amazed with how great their customer service was. I decided to open a checking and saving account with them because of how attentive they were unlike my current bank. They’re great and I hope to keep working alongside the company!!
