Do Not Use for any loans. Especially home loans. I have been a member with jeffco for 35 years. after the merger, there serivce have gone down hill. We tried getting a equity out of our paid off home and they keep saying we can do this loan and then part way though they said that we could not. then then sent us to Centennial Lending and they where even worse. we would call ask question and send emails and get no responce. this proccess was over 2 months and we went with another lender and got it done in less then 3 weeks.

Their website and app will say you paid your loan payment, and then it will disappear immediately and you won't know and they'll just never give you an alert it didn't work because their site and app are glitchy as all hell, and then they'll dock your credit for you real kindly because THEIR site doesn't work. When you confront them they'll act confused and insist their site absolutely does work and you're doing something wrong, y'know, just like every good business. The key to success I've heard is just deny deny deny. Never taking accountability is a great way to grow! So you're stuck with no way to make payments but to call in and they get annoyed each time that you're not using their app that doesn't work. I even have screen recordings of me making a payment and the payment disappearing but what does it matter to these people.

​I've had a really solid experience with Space Age Credit Union. The staff is professional and the customer service feels much more personal than a big national bank. Their rates are competitive, and I haven't had any major issues with my account or the mobile app. Definitely a great local credit union.

Issue after issue with this place, trying to switch away from a loan with them now. Ever since their obnoxious update that required basically creating a new account, when I schedule payments they just never go through and disappear from the scheduled payments section within a day. They kept telling me I was behind when I had automatic payments scheduled AND would go in to make manual payments, not realizing that they just weren't even going through at all. Now I'm 4 payments behind because THEIR poorly functioning site which impacts MY credit and payment history

I've had two motorcycle loans which were problem free and just this week I asked for a particularly unique loan which they offer and it went incredibly well. They were very patient and courteous with me having never had one of these loans before. I enjoyed the process and they are helping me out immensely. Plus I love the name of the CU. I am considering moving everything to them.
