The ladies at this Branch went above and beyond to help me out. A special thank you to Genesis for being extremely patient while I was trying to open an account.

I wanted to share about my experience with an accountant. She was very rude and disrespectful and made discriminatory comments towards. Very unprofessional and I would like to reach out to corporate.

This experience was honestly surreal.
I tried to open an account online and was instructed to visit the branch. I arrived at 2 PM on a Wednesday. There were two employees present and not a single customer in the branch. Yet I was told they were “short staffed” and couldn’t open a checking account for me.
Ernesto flatly refused to proceed, insisting I needed an appointment — something that was never mentioned online. When I asked for the manager’s business card, I was told she doesn’t have any and that she was on vacation.
The entire interaction felt dismissive, indifferent, and unprofessional. It genuinely seemed like they had no interest in helping a new customer. I wasted over an hour of my time for nothing.
Completely unacceptable and incredibly disappointing.

I was told they don't have a bank manager at this location. Like how? Why is my check on hold for 8 days! concern that indicates the item may not be paid? The Standard is a big insurance company. Its my maternity leave check and its on hold for this long. Have never had this issue with other banks. Have contacted the other banks the funds are there but Keybank still has the check on hold.

Total incompetence and bad business practice. 7 years plus doing business with Key Bank, but what I experienced today has me baffled. The teller had no idea how to process my business checks, couldn't retrieve previous bank record, and when the manager finally showed up he made contradicting statements to deny my deposit along with my the withdrawal. I'm taking my business to First Citizens Bank thanks to their inability to do their job, their total disregard for customer loyalty, and acting in bad faith. Avoid this branch at all costs, go anywhere else, their practices are an embarrassment to the entire Key Bank name that for nearly a decade prior to this experience, has been an institution worth doing business with. Corporate, do yourself a favor and fire that manager before he drives your business in that zip code through to floor.
