Asked the teller to have a banker call me about a loan. Loan person called and said I needed to speak with the business loan person- stated she would set a calendar reminder in his portal to call me the next day. That was Friday. We are now on Thursday of the following wk and still no phone call.

It seriously feels like if your not of brown ethnicity- you dont get any customer service at this branch. Absolute horrible customer service. And to think ive been depositing and using teller services here for over 5yrs- guess Ill be taking my business elsewhere

I have a number of business and personal ccounts here. Went to get three affidavits notarized and once again they only notary went home early.. Wells Fargo would not even call to another branch they were SORRY. ME TOO CLOSING MY PERSONAL ACCOUNTS....

I just went inside this Wells Fargo to make some commercial deposits. It looks like they've remodeled and it was very nice. I didn't have to wait. Masouda was so nice and efficient. I think I might have been there for a maximum 5 minutes. Thank you!

I would give this place 0 star if I could. What is the point of making an appointment? I had an appointment at 12 pm. A banker came and asked if i was helped. I told them I had an appointment then he said he would be right with me. Then a person walked in, didn’t even wait and went straight to that banker’s office. That banker came back and decided to help that guy first, ignoring me waiting outside. How unprofessional he is!

This branch is definitely terrible. It always has too many people, ATMs often have issues... This is the only Wells Fargo I have near me, and they are about to lose three different costumers because of their poorly managed branch.
