I have been a customer for many years, and the customer service has never been great, but my recent experiences have gone from bad to worse. Currently, I'm trying to open a specialized account, but after spending an hour at my scheduled appointment, while the banker called different people to get assistance, they could not figure out how to open the account. I was promised a follow-up call, which never came. After waiting a week, I called the branch this morning and was put on hold. 40 minutes later, I was connected to a call center employee who could not answer my question or connect me to the branch. A Google search advised calling a specific department. I called, and they told me I needed to make an appointment at a branch location. And no, they were not able to connect me to an actual person at any branch.

Regardless of what anyone says, this location is FANTASTIC. Went in to cash a sizeable insurance check, didn't have an account, No appointment and was in and out in 30mins. The cashier, Selene was more than helpful!!!

Unprofessional and unorganized was 10 minutes early to my appointment, More than 30 minutes later they still didn’t bother checking up or letting me know they were running behind or that they couldn’t make it to our appointment.

It's the beginning of a work week (Monday morning) and you have 2 tellers and a line out the door. I think she is a "manager" instead of helping the teller line she is telling people there is a line (like we haven't noticed) or you can go to another location.
I guess I should have chosen the other location.

Twice I’ve talked to a banker in this branch. In 2014 to open a merchant account and the second one in 2021 regarding some issues with my credit card. The second time it was by appointment. Both times they were fast and efficient. Some other times just go there to cash a check or use the ATM. I have always been given great service. This place does get busy and wait times are unpredictable. It is not totally the fault of the employees. Some people just can’t be helped they are very rude, loud and really really stubborn.
Anyway, one thing that I love is that there are two ATMs inside on the left side of the tellers that will dispense $100 dollar bills. They are inside not the one by the entrance. The one by the entrance usually has a line, don’t, just go inside and use the other two ones.
