Horrible first time banking experience for my son trying to open up a banking account. Nick seems like he’s the head banker or bank manager horrible customer service. I don’t recommend this financial institution!

Only have 1 of two outdoor ATMs open. I have a picture of 6 cars ahead of me, but it's not letting me add a photo.

Took 30 minutes to withdraw cash!

it's an efficient bank. Used to be really busy now it's never very busy. No more than 5mins in line waiting and they'll bring in more tellers when the line gets longer than 3 people. They're not in your face trying to sign you up for an account like other W.F. banks can be. And it's quiet and calm inside even though the space is large with an open floor plan. Kind of like being in a library! Employees are always super friendly and nice; especially Shelli she's always great!

The drive-thru lanes that used to be on the backside of the Bank are all closed now. The line behind me is now 3 times as long.

The understaffed workers are doing what they can. They are helpful and nice. End of the week, month, year holiday spending traffic?

And choose another personal bank besides Wells Fargo if you want. Some months ago national Wells Fargo bankers were opening fake accounts for customers. It's hard to think that they did that on their own.
