First wouldn’t let me cash checks and wouldn’t give a reason for being unable to. Then she proceeded to lose a check. That I now need to get reissued from my job. Worst bank branch I’ve ever been to. The manager just sitting there taking clients instead of resolving issues. Instead of taking responsibility the lady at the clerks desk told me to leave. I won’t be ever using this branch and I’ll probably be looking for another bank. Chase sucks. Now.

I went in today to change my last name on my accounts. the Teller and the branch manager both informed me that Without my voided, invalidated driver's license with my old last name (the name on the account) they couldn't change my name. Mind you I had every other LEGAL, VAILD, documentation they actually need to do so showing my name changed from one to another. I have no way of having identification with my old name on it because my wallet was stolen. What do they expect me to do go to the DMV and ask for a drivers license with my old name on it? This practice is unreal and I filed a complaint

If i could rate them 0 I would. Chase sucks! Been an account holder for 5 years, and I would gladly leave this bank for better.

Every time I have an issue at another Chase bank. I come to this Chase Bank and they treat me with nothing but kindness when I am frustrated. Banking in the digital age when you change your information or need to change your information isn’t always the easiest. I cannot think the management staff, bankers, and banking management staff for always showing up never saying ‘ I don’t know ‘ and providing some of the best customer service in a banking institution.

Awful experience while waiting for new debit card to come in the mail. Would not let me access my own money, bills went unpaid. But mainly just got treated like total crap, the teller that wear too much makeup just decided to ruin my day as much as possible.
