If you want to go to a McDonalds don’t go to this one.
Every time we go here the workers are super rude. Forgot to order something then asked to add it at the window and was told we had to go around again they cannot add anything at the window not even a drink.
Then we proceeded to wait for at least 5-10 mins at the window for our food.

There’s a Culver’s down the street that has better food and service, go there.

I understand that this is one of the only fast food places in this town, but I really don't feel like I should have to wait almost 20 minutes for 2 McChickens. I ordered my food at 12:25 and didnt leave until 12:43. I went into the building and ordered via Kiosk because there was a massive line in the drive thru. I did come during the lunch rush, but the amount of cars I saw leave and how many curbside orders went out before a simple 2 sandwiches was utterly ridiculous. GenManagement either needs to train their employees better or needs to hire more employees because this one poor elderly lady should NOT be the only one running the front. I worked at McDonald's before, I know things work in the back. This would've been utterly unacceptable at the store I worked at.
There is also a general air of dishonestly regarding the inprogress/now serving board in the lobby and the place was riddled with flies. My number was in the now serving at least 5 minutes before it was removed and I HAD NOT BEEN SERVED. The man next to me also just brought up "they must've forgotten about us."
The whole ordeal ruined my mood and my appetite, I don't even want to eat what I ordered anymore.

Well, McDonald's it was ok. Food was hot and fresh. Service was lack luster but adequate. I always lower my expectations with fast food.

We went out to look at the storm to see if it was all right for us to bike home and left our coats and stuff and our food and he said you boys pick up your stuff now or you are never coming back here again and after we picked up our stuff and put it in our bag (we still had food left) we waited for the storm to pass by to bike home in the entryway awkwardly, and we heard them talking about us badly and swearing, but there was one really nice old lady

Extremely slow service, that had to add 5 reserved spots just for drive-thru. Their ice cream machine is consistently down or out. Would not really recommend.
