The last few times I have been through my drink has tasted awful. I normally get a caramel crunch frappuccino and twice now it has been handed out looking like a cup of blended milk and I have had to request a new one multiple times. I understand that mistakes happen; however, lately my order is wrong more than it's right. Additionally, the wait times are insane lately. I would understand if it was busy, but when I have been through there hasn't been much of a line so the wait time doesn't make a lot of sense. I used to enjoy coming to get drinks here, so I hope they can work to make improvements going forward.

The longest I have ever waited in a drive thru line at any coffee place I have ever been to. There was no apology for the wait there was no in between the wait “ it will be a few moments” nothing .. I work down the street it used to be convenient for all the workers here to go there cause it’s normally smooth. I will take my service now to scooters . Would’ve been faster to drive to one of those and be back in the amount of time it took me to just get my drink!

Mobile ordered and went to store at time the app said it would be ready. Waited 15 minutes and nothing. Watched multiple cars get service that were in line after I arrived. Final straw was someone who walked in and counter ordered got their item before me. I had to request a simple coffee with cream.

The system is broken!!!

I got there at 2:30 and ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch. I got it at 2:45, there was one car in front of me for at least 8 min and all they got was one coffee. Anyway by the time I got my coffee it was melted and I couldn’t ask them to remake it because I used all my time in the line. I had to get to work. The Starbucks agent was no help so don’t bother clicking the link they reply with.
