I’m honestly disappointed with the cleanliness and food-handling practices at this McDonald’s. While waiting in the drive-thru, I noticed an employee handling food packages without gloves, which was concerning from a hygiene perspective.

I’ve also noticed that the dining tables are often quite dirty. It doesn’t seem like the tables are being properly cleaned after customers leave.

I understand that restaurants can get busy, but basic hygiene and cleanliness should always be a priority, especially when handling food. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the food-handling and cleaning practices.

Stopped here to get a happy meal for my son on the way home because he loves Godzilla, and they are doing Godzilla x hello kitty toys right now. When in the drive thru, I said I would like to order a happy meal but wanted to know which of the toys they had that day so I would know ahead of time if it was a repeat (I don’t need a bunch of the same toy). I was met with immediate attitude from the employee taking care of me. She had said they had a couple right now, all I asked was which numbers so I didn’t get a repeat (I would have ordered something off the dollar menu instead of a happy meal to not get the toy). I tried to explain to her what I was asking and she kept saying “Maam I am not arguing with you about this. You get what you get.” So I confirmed, “you said you have a few, there is no way for me to pick a number?” And she kept arguing with ME. I was being very calm and nice, I was not arguing. I ended up just driving away and not ordering from there. I went to a different McDonald’s closer to home and they were able to tell me what number toy they have. Got my son his happy meal, and no repeat toy!! I know there are grown men scalpers going around trying to sell all the toys but that is not what I was doing? Sorry to her if she was having a bad day, but I was as kind as I could be and was met with instant aggravation. Never again.

Congratulations, you are the slowest slowest slowest mcdonald's.I have ever been to. And all the while waiting for my food, you can hear the employees parting around loudly inside. The manager is doing one hell of a job.

And no, it's not because they were out of chicken. Mcnuggets, because the mcnuggets, I got, were warm at best

Took the girls for a bite to eat during an early morning.Errand run. Service was mediocre, and the atmosphere was challenging. Had our order specially made and still didn't get it right. It's not complicated to ask for a burger with only ketchup.

Here at 6:38 this morning coming to get a sandwich when I approach the window the girl working with long braids , I didn’t expect my sandwich to be so much and I realize getting two sandwiches would be cheaper and when I ask the girl if she could switch it for me and why she didn’t tell me about it she said I should’ve known and was extremely rude to me and ruining my morning when proceeding with the order she was very aggressive and snotty and when it came to give me my order, she literally threw my bag at me through the window. If this is how you want to start your day I guess come to this McDonald’s but never again just because you hate your job. Doesn’t mean you need to be nasty to people.
