When I came in I noticed that the tables weren’t cleaned so I sat at the cleanest dirty table they had! I placed an order for a 2 for six a chocolate glazed donut and a frozen lemonade. The donut was a bit hard and cold and the glaze was crunchy. Definitely not how I like my doughnuts. The lemonade was good. I never received my 2 for 6 at all! I waited for approximate 30 mins and then I let them know I never received it and the person that took my order didnt even remember she took my order so I just asked for a refund after they insisted they would just make it! Horrible experience all around!

This was by far the worst up of coffee I've had in a long time. I've never had Tim Horton's so decided to try it. I ordered a small vanilla latte. It was so burnt that after two sips I tossed it. The staff didn't even say good morning when anyone approached the counter. I don't need to have T.H. again.

I showed up right around opening time and could see the employees inside relaxing on their phones in the lobby. I waited outside for about 10 minutes, and even one of the employees coming in for work ran past me and gave me a dirty look, like I wasn’t supposed to be there. After waiting around 15 minutes with no one opening the door, I finally gave up. Their posted hours were right next to the front door. 🫠
It was my one chance to try Tim Hortons while I was on the trip… guess I’ll never know.

I work around the corner so I frequent here for often. Let’s just say I’ve become a Starbucks girl but I decided to give them a chance today… TOTALLY REGRET IT! left with no food but received attitude. Yelling at me, cutting me off mid sentence. All I was ordering was a cinnamon bagel with butter toasted, and a small iced coffee with caramel 1 cream 1 sugar. Never again will I return. The worst Tim Hortons around. And food sucks. Also they don’t use gloves and stir your drinks with dirty spoons !!
