Many times drive-thru staff have attitudes. Ordered ice cream. Got to windows. 5 min later they said they haven't had ice cream for days. Refunded me and short changed me. ALWAYS a problem here. Never again..

Ice cream machine and milkshake machine has been broken for two almost three weeks and im tired of it. How do you have fried apple pies individually but won’t sell them in a pack? Workers are mad rude and have no work etiquette. Why are you getting mad and having an attitude because I asked for a sauce? Ain’t that yo job? Chick fil A don’t act like that. They would get fired real quick. There’s more issues I’ve had but these are the ones that stick out the most. And it’s happens every time im there that’s why im so annoyed.

So I just took my kids to this McDonalds location today. I I went through the drive through and ordered 3 things. The person gave me my order (with all the drinks) and said here you go. So I thought the bag had all 3 meals in there. As I pulled out I check the bags a realized they didn’t give me my number 3 (the double quarter pound with cheese). So I turn around and went into the store. First it took them about 6 minutes to even acknowledge me at the register. Finally a women came and I explained I didn’t get one of my meals. She really nasty asked for a receipt. I told her they never gave me one (my fault for not asking for one when I didn’t get one) and there was no receipt on the bag. She said she can’t do anything if there was no receipt. I had to explain to her 3 times that I literally just came through the drive through and did not get a receipt. She finally said she will get the manager and “they will tell you the same thing”. Finally the manager comes and I explain the same thing. He doesn’t say anything just walks away. I’m standing there for at least 10 minutes waiting for my food that they forgot to give me. As I wait I go back to my car to make sure a receipt was not in my bag (there wasn’t). I go back inside and they finally had my order but just the burger. When I repeat myself again that it was the meal he told me that I was wrong and never said that. Then he wanted me to bring the rest of my order in so they can mark it as “waste”, which made no sense to me. I told him yet again the rest of my order was fine it was just the one meal. After going back and forth for a little bit he finally gave me my order. Well almost, it was just the quarter pounder with cheese and not the double but I was so annoyed I don’t want to continue arguing. Please do better training your employees.

Nice place to have a cup of tea and enjoy the autumn atmosphere 👌 👍
This place is always clean and the workers are nice and helpful.
It gets busy during lunch and afternoon, so please be patient when you order or order ahead through the app.
Love this McDonald's and will always be on my favorite list.
