I like that it’s never busy. Of course, that means my food is usually stale. Today I figured I would go closer to opening and get fresh food to find out they don’t open when their sign says.

Update: Lost another star. I don’t stop here often. This time we ordered a simple hamburger with no pickle and they gave us one with no pickle, no onion, no mustard. This McDonald’s is dead to me.

I stop here 5 days a week around 7a.m. for breakfast and the staff is usually grumpy and complaining cause they are short staffed and have to serve me at the counter. Can't drive a semi truck thru the drive thru people.. Plus this new thing with no refill station for drinks is the worst when you cant never get anyone to help with a refill. Plus NO napkin dispensers or ketchup.. So your waiting forever to get anything. But the food is atleast warm and eatable. Should NOT be complaining about staff problems where customers can hear it. Other issue is the CONCERT. they play the music SO LOUD... Go into the bathrooms and its SO LOUD..

I got nuggets and a medium fry. The frys were so hard I couldn't eat them and the nuggets were cold.

Over 40 minute wait for a mobile order. Have never seen a McDonald's with service this poor. It is honestly a corporate issue at this point, as someone from outside this location needs to step in and solve this. Absolutely avoid this location if you are on any kind of a timeline.

**Update 6 August 24** After this experience I wrote an e-mail to the Corporate Office. I produced time-stamped receipts and provided order screenshot(s). As a result I received an immediate response and a refund. The Corporate contact information is posted by the entrance; I am attaching a picture of this information to this review. It is obvious that Corporate is trying to remedy this situation - they were incredibly helpful. Also, I neglected to mention in my initial review that the restaurant was clean; this appeared to be largely due to the actions of an individual employee who was working quite hard. He was obviously doing his best and had the bathrooms very clean as well. He should be commended.

Its the McDonald's menu. Most people love it, and most people who don't eat a lot of fast food don't like it. If you like that, the food is fine. Some people say that the service here has been slow and problematic for years and it's only gotten more uneven in the past year. I've ordered here twice and haven't had any issues with order speed or customer service.

As of January 2019, this location is undergoing an exterior facelift and remodel. So while there's a lot of construction going on outside, it should be worth it. Recent interior remodeling has given it a nice face lift.
