This place is ENTIRELY TOO slow with their orders. NO way I should be waiting in the drive thru line going on 15 minutes. I cannot see how this place survives. And make sure you check your order for accuracy

Terrible experience. Placed a mobile order and arrived at the drive-thru and waited 10 minutes and no one talked to me. Drove up to the window and knocked. First guy told me the system was down, I said I already paid and asked can they still make my food. He got the manager. Manager told me they were actually understaffed and not open at the moment. I asked for a refund she said it would be done automatically and that she couldn’t process it herself. Why not close the drive-thru instead of having me sit there with the bright sign saying "OPEN?" Why not turn off mobile orders so I can go to another McDonald’s and not waste my time?

I ordered a mango/pineapple refresher and pie for my husband and an apple pie for me in the drive thru. My pie was refrigerated cold. I took it back inside and asked for a hot one because it was cold. He looked like he didn't believe me so I told him to feel it. He opened the box and touched it, then he asked if I wanted him to heat it up...I said no, you put your fingers on it. Upon my return to the car, my husband was disgusted because he found a bug floating in his refresher. SMH, the worker was not at all apologetic, he instead said, but you have been drinking it. That angered my husband more because that was shy he was so disgusted, but now to have the worker make that type of comment, without an apology, my husband just said "don't worry about it, I'm throwing it away. First y'all give my wife a cold pie and now this bug floating in my cup, this is absurd!"

My son got a meal from here. Maintenance needs training!! An employee was mopping the lobby area, then went in the restroom with the same mop then proceeded to mop the front area where customers were ordering without properly cleaning the mop and had the area smelling of urine! I will not be taking my son back to an establishment that cross contaminate!

It's scary but the food at this McDonald's was great! Fries, hot! Pies, hot! Double fish, hot and neat. I didn't have to wait long going through the drive thru
