they forgot my fries in my doordash order so i call the store and talked to a lady im assuming a manger, was missing 2 medium fries, she said to contact doordash, cool will do, then i asked what do i do about replacement fries and she stated if i come in she can replace them (two of my coworkers heard her say that, she was on speaker) so my coworker and i go to the drive thru and say we are there for our replace, then with an attitude the manager proceeds to catch an attitude saying she can not give use a replacement after already stating over the phone we could. so i leave the drive thru to go in and order fries and she proceeds to throw the fries on the counter

we waited for 40+ minutes for our food and the manager was screaming and being insanely mean to the employees I do NOT recommend stopping here.

I was in the left drive-thru lane, and no one acknowledged me while five cars were served through the right lane before I received any attention. The employee at the first window was extremely rude and demonstrated a lack of basic customer service and professionalism.
To make matters worse, my order was incorrect when it was handed to me, and my children's drinks were missing. I had to go back inside and wait an additional seven minutes before someone assisted me. I also paid extra for a frozen lemonade for one of my children, but instead received a regular lemonade.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to the poor service, long delays, and multiple mistakes with my order. I expect better attention to customers and greater accuracy when fulfilling orders.

Awesome little staff. Food literally perfect. Food so hot I had to wait to eat it. Best McDonald's I've seen in a very long time. Keep up the good work. Thumbs up on the double quarter pounder
