Ordered online for 5:20pm pickup, it wasn’t fulfilled until after 5:30. Received the following for a quesadilla, which was half sized and half stuffed. The chipotle app doesn’t even connect you to a person to remedy this issue either. Disappointed.

The portions were way off, especially when one was supposed to be double. The rice wasn't cooked all the way. It looked like someone was trying to ration ingredients or something I don't even know. The guacamole wasn't even smashed, it was huge pieces of avacado. It didn't even taste good. Definitely won't be back.

Ordered a bowl online for pickup. Got home to find no chicken. I want to be clear, this wasn’t a situation where they didn’t put enough chicken. They didn’t put any. Customer service gave me my money back but go to el camps it’s right up the road and they won’t try to scam you like chipotle will.

Best Post-Gym meal! Always give great portions. Taste is always amazing! The best guac ever! 🔥Moses is an outstanding worker, he’s newer to the team but I always see him hustling - always on top of his game! He goes above and beyond to great customers with a nonstop smile and provides the BEST service! He truly brings a better atmosphere and a uplifting spirit! All the workers are great but he stands out among the rest!
Come visit this chipotle, they don’t disappoint! ❤️

This spot is continuously behind and/or out of something. Standing inside for 15-20 minutes past when an order was to be COMPLETED is unacceptable. There is nobody in this restaurant and the counters in the back are FILTHY. Nobody has acknowledged that I'm even standing here, they're too busy with phones in food areas and serving chipotle employees while they chat. Awful and won't return.
