Restaurant is filthy, especially the restrooms. Employees are lazy and then nasty if confronted about a fouled order.

Ordered 2 Large fries. Got 2 smalls in large containers.

What is the point of using the mobile app if you still have to wait 20 minutes for your food. Then they double down by giving me some tore up happy meal boxes to serve my kids. Apparently the manager didn't care because they new the boxes were damaged, it took another 5 minutes... just to get the food to find out it had pickles & onions & the food was cold.😕

Looks like there was a food fight in here. Nobody picking anything up or cleaning. Ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese deluxe meal. The burger came out with onion, mayo, cheese. Definitely not deluxe. I took it up to the counter and was asked if I wanted them to hand me the lettuce. I informed them I would like it remade (hoping this time it wouldn’t also have grease running off it like it was dunked in it). I was then informed once back at my seat, by means of yelling through the store to see if I was still there (don’t worry, it didn’t disturb anyone else, they had already locked the doors @ 7:42 pm) that she had just ran out of tomatoes and proceeded to ask if it was ok… if I had a choice, no it’s not ok that’s why I ordered it with them, but obviously it was an irrelevant question instead of comping part of the meal or offering something else. The newly made burger didn’t have the grease issue thankfully. It did however have a ridiculous amount of mayo (and I like mayo), the missing tomato, and a dry, flavorless patty.
