What a dumb system!
Not recognizing payment method on 2 pumps ! Another thing, car was off, I was outside, the nozzle stop working, after confronting the cashier she showed me that if it resets but she was supper annoying! So I guess You have to stand outside (may be all passangers) and keep holding nozzle eather its -30 degree, hot summer, snow strom or raing, or else staff can also disable pump!? And it stop working which happened 3 times after holding nozzle (staff was keep turning off).

Absolutely unacceptable customer service at this Petro-Canada location on July 16th around 4:00 PM. The cashier on duty (a young woman) was extremely rude and unprofessional.

When I walked in, she didn’t bother to greet me. After completing my transaction, I politely said “thank you,” and her response left me speechless:
“We don’t reciprocate manners here.”

This level of disrespect is shocking. I expected at least basic courtesy, especially from someone representing a major brand like Petro-Canada.

I’m not the only one who has experienced this. Others have also mentioned this cashier’s poor attitude, which makes it clear this isn’t just a one-time issue.

I am not just posting this review—I am also sending a formal complaint to the head office of Petro-Canada. I strongly urge management to review the security camera footage from around 4:00 PM on July 16. This behaviour should not be allowed to continue.

Until this is addressed, I will be avoiding this location—and warning others to do the same
