I wish I could give it no stars…. Orders and mix and match meal a tostada with guacamole and Beans, no lettuce. Came out with beans on it. So asked if they make it again. The second time it came out out with Guacamole but was pulled with lettuce, asked if they could please take the lettuce off at this point my hole family are half way finished with there food. I finally get my food the beans are cold the tostada is cold I pick it up to take a bite and a large long black hair was in the guacamole!!!!!! And this point every one is done eating on no longer hungry so I send it back ask for it to be taking of the bill the waitress was not even present to drop any of her mistakes off in the first place. the manger come up to me and says it’s taken of the bill like she is helping me! I kNOW IT IS BECAUSE I DIDN’T EAT ANY. Maybe next time cook the drink give us 10% percent of the bill idk now anything to show that you understand that was a total mess up on your guys part! Worst management ever!!! I left hungry that should never happen leaving a restaurant!!!! Shame on you guys

This restaurant was not only defined by its spectacular food, but the quality of service as well. Our server was not only polite, but willing to engage with us in our commentary. She added to our jokes, reacted to confusion with patience, and provided frequent check-ins. To summarize, going here made for a lovely night, but Jasmine made our night!!! Would definitely recommend a visit!!

I went to Macayo’s last night and came back again tonight because I truly enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere is amazing, the food is delicious, and the entire staff made me feel welcomed both nights.

What really stood out to me was Robert, the General Manager. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and took extra steps to take care of me as a customer. That kind of service is rare these days, and it genuinely made me happy enough to come back a second night in a row.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but great service deserves recognition. Because of Robert and the wonderful staff, I’m giving Macayo’s and the whole team 5 stars. Save your money, go ANYWHERE else. Update! Do these jokers even know what salsa is? Green onions and the top stems of pepper scream quality...Ordered for delivery. Missing an entire 1lb of Chips! Food taste was okay, but now I have all this salsa and nothing to eat it with... Thanks a ton. Not trusting their idea of Mexican food.

The food was cold when they bring it it looks good but by the time it hits the table it was cold . The green chilie burrito was gross in my opinion. It was cold not spicy at all it tasted like it came out of a can . The sauce was tasteless like water coming out the burrito. We had cheese crisp with carne asada meet and it tasted like chorizo meat mind you im mexcian . Then the tortilla was falling apart like it was sitting there for a while or somthing. The soup was water just a little flavor. It was weird that was floating avocado I never seen that . But the soap was a no. The chicken tacos were cold burly any chicken we took everything home couldn't really eat anying besides the beans and rice. That was dry like its been sitting . The drink were flat . It was just a no for me .
