Awful customer service. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if customer service matters to you and you want to be treated fairly. The customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff came across as unprofessional, disorganized, and sloppy (if you know, you know!), and the overall experience and the way we were treated was incredibly disrespectful and they just couldn't care less. Dismissed our group and seated groups who showed up after us way before us. They didn't have the size shoes I needed cause they didn't have any clean ones. Then proceeded to sit us at a section with a broken screen after we insisted from the start we would wait for one working properly and did not want that section!! Ended up requesting a refund and losing quality time with friends and family.

These were no mistakes and the lack of professionalism and attention to detail made the experience unnecessarily frustrating, instead of feeling welcomed or valued as paying customers.

For what you pay, you should be able to expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and competent service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. There are plenty of other places to bowl where your business will actually be appreciated.

I won't be returning, and I'd recommend thinking twice before spending your money here.

Our family and our daughters friends had a great time tonight. We got it on a deal so it was sooo worth it for a few games of night bowling.

We had a fantastic experience at this bowling alley! The lanes were clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. Sharon was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The equipment worked perfectly, and there was plenty of space to relax and play other games in between games. Whether you're going with family, friends, or for a special event, this is a great place to have a good time with or without kids. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back for another game soon!

So I got to say the atmosphere is top notch, great food and awesome upscale environment. However one thing to point out is if your looking for SERIOUS bowling this is not the place… the pins are attached to cords and the pin control system would routinely place too many pins back on the lane when your second turn would come up. Even though you could adjust your score manually there is no mechanism for fixing the pins, at one point the entire score system restarted and wasted about 10 minutes of our time and erased our current game. Over all the entire place is awesome as long as your bowling just for fun. Still give it five stars 💯

This was a very cool bowling alley/billiards. Kinda hard to find from the main road. They had friendly staff. Lots of pool tables, giant games like Connect 4 and Jenga and some bowling lanes. Lots of seating my the lanes, lots of ball sizes to choose from. They had a bar area where you could order drinks and food from. I believe they brought the food to you so that was neat. The music wasn't loud. Lots of screens. It had a great atmosphere. I would definitely go back. Forgot to mention it was 10 pin bowling. The pins were on strings and some times it would put a pin back up that you hit down but the math worked out in the end.
