I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable.

I placed an Uber Eats order with only three items. After waiting 40 minutes, the app suddenly showed that I still had to wait another 40 minutes. I decided to go to the restaurant to ask what was happening.

Instead of trying to help, the receptionist treated me as if I was an inconvenience. She was dismissive, showed no empathy, and simply told me to add another 30 minutes to the estimated time on Uber Eats. In other words, they expected me to wait almost two hours for just three items.

At no point did anyone apologize, check on my order, or make any effort to resolve the situation. The customer service was far worse than the delay itself.

Long waits can happen, but treating customers with disrespect and offering no assistance is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again.

What should have taken no more than a 15 min order to go, took almost 40 min!!! Instead of being honest with the wait time, they repeatedly lied. We would have left for a quicker turnaround. After the fact, we find out from local friends, they are slow. That's a mismanagement of resources. The restaurant wasn't full either. The manager wasn't as amiable until I told him, I'm going to write a review on the service. Not impressed, I would not recommend after that experience.

Overall a good restaurant/ sports bar.
The service was good and the restaurant atmosphere is okay, although a little dated.
Several TV's to enjoy the games, which was nice.
Food was good and the prices were actually very fair and reasonable.
Had to wait a few minutes to be seated on a pretty quiet night, but that is expected most places so can't complain.

Great spot for appetizer sharing; good prices; clean. Upon entering the restaurant it was extremely warm inside; we were seated then greeted by our server, things seemed to be moving a little slower than expected, requests for water were a little drawn out and upon seeing other tables I could tell the frustration from the empty cups from other patrons, food was good, however not cooked in correct order, one person in our party waited much longer on her burger because “it takes longer to cook” food wasn’t served together. Server was pleasant however maybe over worked. I would go back for sure. The buffalo fries were really good! For my personal taste maybe some green onion on top maybe a choice or dressing or sauce, bleu cheese would have been fabulous. Chicken was so tender fries seasoned well. Loaded tots were great. Chicken bacon ranch flatbread was good, a little dry maybe cooked a moment too long. But still good

The service was excellent and the food was tasty, but the presentation of the wings was underwhelming. It was runny and too messy to eat with one's fingers. The wings themselves tasted fine. I ate them. That was the honey mustard.

The Honey Hot was delicious, but not the best I have ever had.

The atmosphere is great with a family friendly restaurant on one side and a bar on the other.

They also had a private dining that was being utilized while I was there.

I also a large outdoor dining area. I don't know for sure, but I assume there are some misters to cool off the patio.

Prices are a little high, but so is everything.

I will definitely return and I will probably stick to the honey hot wings.

My son-in-law inhaled his personal pizza which looked delicious.

My granddaughter enjoyed the Buffalo chicken strips, I think. It might have been boneless wings
