Excellent service...food was spectacular and timed perfectly with drinks, apps, drinks, dinner, and more drinks!

Thank you Jenny, thank you chefs! Everything was lovely! Three of us ordered so much, and found ourselves clearing our plates clean! Rib eye, rose chicken, shrimp scampi pasta, bacon wrapped shrimp, vegetable platter, some olive n bread with cheese thing, and empanadas.....holy moly we enjoyed EVERYTHING!!

Went there during AZ Restaurant Week. The three of us had different things and all enjoyed. We had Short Ribs, Halibut, and Artichoke Chicken. Two of us had the Burrata toast. It had smoked & toasted bread, goat cheese, diced grilled peaches. For dessert we had bread pudding and molten chocolate. Much more parking in rear of building, there is an entrance there - you go through kitchen to get to dinning room.

Once again ; another bad experience here today at Phoenix city grille. The waitress today with the the glasses and dark hair came to take my order and when I asked for the parsnips that I ALWAYS get she said we don't have those and I said can u ask someone cuz I been getting them for years and she got angry and said she will see what she can do and walked away clearly peeved !!! She came back out of the kitchen and just kept walking by totally ignoring me and taking other people's orders and avoiding me altogether - finally I went up to the man bartender and I said hey do u still have those parsnips he said we do yes ! I said well that waitress said u don't and I proceeded to tell him that aj was really rude to me. He said oh sorry about that. I said that's ok I will walk over to blue water grille next door and eat there. And so here I sit at blue water grille with happy and the most welcoming people here and I am happy as could be sitting here with friendly staff smiling !!! That was my last time to Phoenix city grille.

Last Tuesday, the organization I work for was hosting some out-to-town visitors and were looking for a unique spot to host a dinner. We had a truly wonderful experience working with Phoenix City Grille and couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional service from start to finish. Brittnee, the Events Manager, helped us identify the West Room as a perfect space for our intimate business meeting and was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful, especially with several last-minute needs, which she handled with ease and professionalism. When we arrived to get a feel for the space and set up, Dennis, the owner, and Sonia took outstanding care to ensure everything was in place and that we felt supported throughout. The space itself was fantastic, and from all indications, the evening went seamlessly for our group. It was a pleasure partnering with such a thoughtful and attentive team, and we deeply appreciate the care and communication that made our event a success. We look forward to working with Phoenix City Grille again in the future!

The food at Phoenix City Grille was okay, though a bit on the greasy side. I ordered a burger cooked medium, but it came out super rare, which was a bit disappointing. On the plus side, the waitress was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is quite busy, so I’d recommend making a reservation in advance to avoid waiting.
