I took my hd box back today and the service guy said he had canceled it but once i got home he actually canceled my pvr which i still have. Where and how does rogers train their employees. The service is getting worse and worse. Something simple as scanning the box i handed to the worker and canceling that one they get wrong. HORRIBLE service provided

The service was slow and the people very unhelpful. I have never been treated worse. Will be switching to bell asap
