Horrible customer service. I came in to return an item, but the barcode on my receipt was cut off because they printed it that way and the manager told me there was “nothing they could do.” As if it was my problem that their system printed a faulty receipt.

Instead of taking responsibility, the manager just shrugged and made zero effort to help. I had to call customer service myself and pull up the receipt manually- which is literally their job. I even handed the manager the phone so they could speak to customer service, and suddenly the return could be processed after all.

This shows either a complete lack of knowledge or pure laziness. Either way, it’s unacceptable. The manager especially needs retraining, because incompetence at that level affects the entire store. I should not have to do the staff’s job for them just to complete a simple return.

I had amazing experience there! The girl named Taya was very helpful, friendly, and patient!

The department is actually inside the supermarket Fortino, I was confused when I walked in. And the customer service girl was super nice too, she showed me how to get there and found the girl Taya to help me.

On our way out, the other cashier girl gave my baby a stuffed bunny as a gift, what a bunch of nice employees !

Worst customer service I've ever recieved. First and last time I will ever purchase an item from Joe Fresh. Kendra is rude and condescending. It took 10 minutes to get her attention and was on her personal cell phone at times instead of assisting customers. She walked away several time with the store phone as well, instead of assisting me with my issue.

I think they better update the google time as they closed at 9:00pm, Not 10:00. We asked manager and she replied that she don’t know why google is saying 10:00 as she don’t care of google timings. I think she need to learn some custom service skill and respect for customer.

Good quality items but Bit on tpricey side. Lots to choose from especially outerwear but I can be prepared to pay the price and less you shop in the clearance section which still is pricey. The pyjama section has lots to choose from and the socks and underwear I always go to Because there’s plenty on clearance all the time. A lot of the items in the clearance section or smaller sizes though so you’re really have to search kids stuff baby stuff is always very cute and quite affordable. Shoes are quite expensive but nice
