I had a fantastic experience with Ela at the Dolce & Gabbana Yorkdale Mall location. She was warm, professional, and on top of everything. She knew exactly how to handle the sale and provided exceptional service throughout. 5 stars to Ela!

As for the store itself: I came in looking for a belt and found what I wanted. They also had a good variety of shoes. However, I was open to picking up some clothing as well, but I didn’t see as much variety in men’s clothing at this location. I’ve visited their New York location a few times, and they had a much better selection of men’s apparel there.

Overall, Ela made the visit worthwhile, but I hope the Yorkdale store expands its men’s clothing range.

I had the absolute pleasure to come across Karina in Dolve and Gabana and she’s just such a wonderful breath of fresh air. She’s so kind and always helpful, she goes out of your way to try to get you the perfect item without any expectation. She truly makes the shopping experience so seamless! It’s worth going into the store just to come across her!
