It took over 10 minutes of me waiting in front of the cash register and trying to wave at workers (they act as if they don’t see you), drinks are decent but customer service is trash. The lady then proceeded to act as if taking my order was bothersome. Do better, we aren’t an inconvenience because we want to order in person.

This location is often crowded, with frequent lineups and very limited space. While the staff is friendly, service tends to be far too slow to manage the volume of customers efficiently.

*During this most recent visit, I waited an unreasonable amount of time just to order two basic drinks. It looked like the employee at the register was struggling to count change for the customer in front of me, which slowed everything down. Mental math is a basic but necessary skill life skill, folks.

They took 40 minutes to prepare my order and even then it wasn’t fully ready so i had to leave for work without it and paid for nothing.

The manager is extremely rude and yells at any customer she doesn’t like and they keep telling us to be patient while they are hoarding the orders behind the counter and not giving them.

There was coffee spilled everywhere and containers of milk with towels soaking in them. A great lack of cleanliness and cross contamination possibilities.

I have never had this bad of a service. very disappointed.

PROBLEMS WITH THE MANAGEMENT AND THE CLEANLINESS ‼️
I went in the morning with my friends, one of them had ordered online and the rest had to order in person. When we got there it was empty with just a few clients inside and we got to order rather quickly. As we were waiting we could see more people walk in, including doordashers who the manager seemed to not like so much because she kept yelling at them to wait and that she needs to finish taking in orders even though she was hoarding the ready to go orders behind the counter without giving them. After we got our drinks, that didn’t even taste right, we waited for our pastries for over 40 minutes. We looked over the counter to see why it was taking so long and saw the mess that was happening with containers of milk left on the counter with towels soaking in them and the barista at the bakery just dropping every items on the bare counter instead of their respective baking sheets. We saw him put our sandwiches in the oven and once he took them out they left them still on the counter with the rest of the hoarded items. My friend who had ordered online had to wait around 30 minutes on top of the 20 minutes it took for her to get there after ordering. After some time, we asked the girl behind the counter where our bakery was because we’ve been waiting for a while and people after us got theirs and she said that they have a lot of orders and we just have to be patient. We ended up having to leave without our orders that were still on the counter behind the staff who didn’t want to give it to us and wasted 25$. Great lack of management and cooperation from the team and a great problem with the cleanliness.

I had a really positive experience here. The ordering was quick, and the staff was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed our meal immensely, and the overall feel of the place was very welcoming. I look forward to coming back and trying something new. It’s a great venue for a high-quality meal.
