If there’s a way to mess an order up here, they will find a way. I stopped ordering bacon on items because I was tired of being charged $2 for it and then receiving none. Have a look at my photo. I ordered ONE item today. A Chicken McMuffin with no cheese. The person that prepared it put the “No Cheese” sticker on the wrapper, then proceeded to put cheese on it. I was the only customer. They are absolutely the worse. Never get any orders right. The front of the house staff are very kind and pleasant. Kitchen is a joke.

Ordered regular big mack meal and chicken big mack meal. They gave me 2 chick big mack meals. Also asked for 2 bbq and 2 sweet and sour sauce. Didn't get either. I am 20 minutes away and am not going back to change . I will just not go back ever again. Always something with this location!

My girlfriend had ordered a Hot chocolate however. She instead received warmed milk?? I really don't know who was working and didn't notice that the hot chocolate wasn't brown? Called them 3 times in a row and did not pick up...

Ordered dinner for the family. Everyone we know has had nothing but issues from this location, and we don’t order here often because of it. Our son was begging for a happy meal, and today there was nobody in the drive thru so we assumed the staff would take their time. Ordered close to $50 worth of food to have half the order incorrect. Missing dip for the 10 piece chicken nuggets. Missing everything from half the Big Mac (see photo). Fries were soggy. My son’s cheeseburger was so over cooked it was hard, dry and inedible. We also discovered after getting home two yogurts instead of a toy inside his happy meal. He was completely upset. After phoning the store (which took four times to get through), we were told they are out of toys and books so they are substituting the yogurt. This was a total surprise since nobody felt the need to disclose this to us upon ordering. If we would have been told we wouldn’t have placed the order and disappointed our child who was expecting to find a toy in his meal. It was certainly a sad meal not a happy meal. Now I am awaiting a call from “higher management” to be reimbursed, but I am not holding my breath. We are done, and will not return unless serious changes are made.

Ordered a double cheese burger meal on Friday with onions only. Got home to everything in there but onions so went back to have it fixed. Came back home and still no onions and a burger patty burnt and see-through... I had to throw it out. Called to speak to manager she was not there and they took my information and said she would call me back yesterday and still nothing. Not impressed at all! Happened on multiple occasions at that location.
