Every time I order from then , they forget something . I mean once alright but all the time. Is it hard to read and order ? You can clearly see it say with creme cheese i pay for that .

As a frequent customer at this Tim Hortons, I'm consistently disappointed by the manager's behavior. I've personally seen her speak very rudely to clients, often kicking people out for no apparent reason even after they've made a purchase. It's also concerning to witness her interacting with her employees.I've heard her being quite harsh and rude to them multiple times. It really detracts from the experience.

Service sucks, they lock the doors randomly, avoid going there if you're on foot. Even inside they force you to use the self-serve kiosk. I don't see why they can't just keep the doors open if they don't bother to take your order at the counter to begin with. The lady that works drive-through has a real bad attitude too, told me she didn't care about losing business

We didn't get what we wanted, I asked a small coffee with cream and a big with oat milk. I got both coffee with cream and oat milk and sugar I never asked for sugar.

There is usually nothing to complain about fast food because it is fast food but this branch screwed my order so bad I had to write a review. First of all, they forgot one of items. Then when I am having the chicken wrap, I see no chicken until I am done half way. And the wrap was not wrapped. All the sauces were leaking and it was almost disgusting to see the way they had made the wrap. It was basically the one sandwich maker who screwed my order. I have been Timmys customer for more than 8 years and I have never been this disappointed and frustrated. The cashier was understanding and made sure sure we got the missed item.
