Has got to be the worst McDonalds in North America. Slow, bad quality, bad service. They will keep 10 cars waiting at the speaker and let one car through at a time. Orders are always wrong. Convenient location for cottage country, but won’t come back again, we’ll stop at the Gatineau location instead. They always hand you a drink and make you pull up to the stop sign assuming to make “time”. Have reached out to management in the past, and they are no help. Garbage place. Don’t go.

Would not speak English, got order wrong and questioned honesty when told. When Quarter pounder was replaced it had very little sauce and was over cooked. I think they did it on purpose We definitely will not return to this McDonald's. Should be reported to head office.

They never seem to get my order correct at the drive thru. 50 percent of the time I have to wait in the parking lot even though there is nobody behind me and they are not busy.

Asked for a meatless bigmac, it came with 1 meat patty. Thank goodness I looked first and did not bite into meat!
The last time I ordered a meatless bigmac from here they had nothing between the top 2 buns and sauce, pickle and lettuce on just the bottom bun.

Cold fries always, have to ask for a fresh batch each and every time.

I ordered breakfast 2 cheese and egg McGriddle for Mother’s Day breakfast, i got one that was correct the other had a sausage in it.. it was ordered on the kiosk to not have issues with language barriers, still wrong!

FLYS ON THE FOOD They often times get the orders wrong if you go to order inside. The place itself is pretty nice decent amount of place to sit and eat. It's also directly connected to the gas station on the inside. So you can go from mcdinalds to the store without going outside. But I think they might share a bathroom with the gas station so it's more dirty than if it was only the McDonald's bathroom. The employees don't pay much attention to the cash so if you want to make an order face to face it will be a while waiting unless you go ask them directly. The ipads to order on inside also usually don't have printer paper so you'll have to just remember your order number and pray they don't get anything wrong because don't have a receipt to fact check with them.
