I want to celebrate and thank Casper and team for helping me find my husbands lost wallet. They are so kind and thoughtful. Love all meals and drinks here

Everytime I go there because I like the ice matcha they can never do it right
Today it taste like water
It’s not that expensive but I like to enjoy a matcha sometimes and it’s disappointing when you half way home and it taste like that.
I’m never going back there since they can’t to a matcha I’ll need to drive 40 min instead of 18 min.
It’s still frustrating but overall the customer service is great.

I don't know how many times they can mess up the same order...
I get a london fog once every couple of weeks and I have to come back and have it redone every single time with truly no exceptions. Either they have the wrong tea bag, no vanilla, wrong milk and this time well they decided to basically put two tea bags with water. I took the lid off and the drink is completely translucent, completely watered down. It's frustrating to be paying so much for a "quality" coffee drink to be disappointed every single time!

Good quality service.
I absolutely love the (gluten free) dream bar.
