Didn’t get a chance to get a service the woman at the front desk wouldn’t even help me out and from reading the reviews, it sounds like the 4 to 5 hours of wait time is there “go to” excuse to not deal with anything. All I needed was a regen, and for some reason I needed to drop my loaded trailer. I asked if there was a concrete slab or if they had any wooden blocks for me drop my trailer she didn’t even look or ask just said no. I didn’t know they needed to do a forced regen inside the building last I thought they do them outside but what do I know. Any who can’t tell you what the service was like cause I didn’t get serviced.

This is the worst TA service I’ve experienced. The person at the counter in the morning does not treat customers with respect.

I arrived at 4 PM on Thursday to replace the radiator, but they didn’t have the part. The part arrived Friday morning, but then I was told there was no mechanic available in the morning to do the job, so I would have to wait about 7 more hours.

A total of 32 hours for a radiator replacement is unacceptable. This is ridiculous.

I just had to get a tyre changed. For that they were saying that you have to wait for 4 hours and at 8:00 pm someone was having lunch and this is a joke.

The shop was empty. No one was in the line. The workers were looking for excuses for not working. So they told me to come after three-four hours. I waited half an hour earlier. He was not even in the office

The food was very good. The price was very reasonable. Your server Angel was very professional and very nice. He kept checking on us to make sure that we were doing okay.
