We we’re traveling 30hrs in a Penske truck and trailer and ended up needing a tire and headlight replacement at a truck stop in the middle of Wyoming, Noah Baker helped us and was quick to show up within 30 min and help us when we were expecting a 2-3hr wait time. He helped us replace what we needed and gave us great advice for our travels. We are very grateful for the assistance especially on this long drive! Truly amazing service and we were still able to make our drive in time!

Matt did a great job in my oil change. It was quick because it was Matt. Parking lot is pretty big and as long as you don’t block the whole thing you’ll have a great experience like I did. They also helped replace a reverse light and the whole process was smooth.

My experience here at this mechanic shop in Wyoming was very bitter sweet starting with the mechanic when me and my husband first arrived he was very disrespectful on how he spoke to my husband he told him to park and then come inside and talk to him before even acknowledging what service we want to inquire about his attitude and demeanor was very rude, the front desk ladies were kind for the most part I will say I did not get their names but they were polite and did their jobs very well back to the mechanic gentleman when he was finished with my husband service we came to get our trailer light replaced and a new tire 🛞 the front desk woman told the mechanic that it’s going to be a virtual check his response was “Oh yeah of course it is” very disgusting and rude not to mention he was talking a crap about his coworkers in front of customers not only that we were experiencing technical difficulties and had to walk to the pilot next door he which the front desk ladies were aware of and she was very understanding he said “Why haven’t they paid” and he was suggesting that we were walking out of service which that’s not what was happening but my husband was very upset and we were not satisfied with our service. He was very racist and biased.

I had to contact roadside assistance due to a blown tire on I-80. The service team arrived within an hour and was fast, professional, and well prepared. Zack was courteous and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns about a potential issue with the tire on the opposite side. He proactively contacted his office to obtain authorization for an additional tire replacement, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, an excellent experience.

If you’re ready to lose your day this is the right place to. The Mecanic who did the spring leaf work damage me the pin and when I called the office they blamed me because I bring the wrong parts I bought it from the dealership by the vin number. Even the alignment guy can’t fix the problem so I have to fix the problem by myself. They charged me 580 dollars for making me loose a thousand more. Pay attention to what they doing. One star is too much for. Don’t trust them.
