I loved that they have plenty of free parking. Food options are good too. KFC is good. Very nice lady lets you pick just the chicken or combo. Also some sandwich options that are ready to eat, or also they have wrap sandwiches that you can cook in their microwaves. Also they have sugar-free drinks and 5 washing machines. I also liked their massage chair which is like $5 for 15 minutes. Very nice back massage. I think it is also awesome that it is not overcrowded most times like the Flying J nearby. And all cashiers are quite friendly.

Honestly the shower looks clean, which I know the person who cleans done their job, but I honestly believe they need better cleaning products. The bathroom was slimy. Water smells bad not sure if it has to do with the construction going on around there but it had a copper smell. Then while I was taking a shower( had no choice I paid for it) the building was shaking. That was the fastest shower I ever had.

This is by far the dirtiest TA truck stop I have ever visited.

The fuel pump I used was malfunctioning and pumped diesel extremely slowly. Diesel fuel was dripping from the nozzle, and the DEF nozzle was leaking a steady stream of fluid during fueling.

The windshield wash brushes were in terrible condition, and trash was scattered throughout the fuel island area.

It honestly feels like management has neglected the truck fueling lanes and stopped maintaining them properly.

The showers never get hot water it fluctuates between chili cold and lukewarm the Popeyes chicken the last three times I ordered they got my order wrong last time. I was in there two of the employees were fighting in the back of it and screaming very loud got quoted a price in the mechanic shop for an oil change when I went to pay it was $300 more than what they told me you guys need to do a lot better worse Truck stop in America if you come here only park and use the bathroom. only one employee Dominique is very polite kind and make sure I had everything for the shower and I understand he can’t control the water temperature or the pressure.

As a truck driver, having clean showers and good service means a lot, and DOMONIQUE always makes sure everything is clean and organized. He treats everyone with a great attitude and positive energy.
