Me, my family and my siblings all of our cars and houses are insured with State Farm through Susan. I know susan from almost 8+ years. She always provides me best quotes whenever i am changing my car. One of my Honda accord got totaled few months ago and susan took care of it all very smoothly and guided me in whole process. In all my life she is the best insurance agent I have ever seen. My family completely trust her for giving us the best rates and we not gonna change our insurance until susan is in office.

We recently switched to Nikki Shah's State Farm agency in Loveland, OH. We have had numerous issues with auto and home problems but Susan Heffler one of the licensed agents there has been more than amazing.
