I’ve been using Mr. Buchanan as our State Farm agent for over 40 years and I’ve had good experiences with all my past homeowners policy claims. His office managers have provided excellent service over the years. Jocelyn, the current office manager, has continued the tradition. Whether adding vehicles to our policy or responding to policy questions, she has provided professional and courteous service.
