fiance and i love the first shift crew's enthusiasm and passion toward what they do. the food tastes good and they make it feel enjoyable to be here- as if they value the customer. afternoon shift complains AUDIBLY when we come in and order and make a fuss when it comes through. she has a chronic illness and she is slowly accustoming herself to it and taco bell offers many options while still being in the grounds of her new diet. these folk are RUDE and so uncaring of the possibility our orders are the way they are for a reason. i only suggest coming before 3 pm, any other time is just not worth a damn.

Rude afternoon shift they complain about our meal every time we come. the day shift is amazing though. PS I have a chronic illness that im trying to get used to and taco bell is one of the only fast food places im able to eat at. I advise ditching this place after 3 pm smh.

my fiance and i always take note of how amazing this place is but this time it was SO damn good, i had to make a review. the food today was EXCEPTIONAL- beyond any other experience ive had from any taco bell, any fast food place. the workers here offered an amazing energy and made me feel like they genuinely enjoy their jobs. this place is a 10/10, would recommend any day of the week

Don’t have the person I complaint on call me! Then tell how other people like their food. I waited in line for 2-3 mins with no one in front of me and your explanation was the drive thru person was dealing with a customer at the register WHAT WAS YOU DOING YOU COULDN’T TAKE MY ORDER!!!!???

Cashier was nice, But the one girl that made my taco was with huge attitude
I politely told her that there is not tomatoes in my taco supreme, she started bad mouthing about me to other employees and other girl took my taco and literally put 3-4 tomato dices in and gave it back!
That’s customer service here!
very disappointed at taco bell for keeping such employees.
they are still talking about me in the back thinking that I don’t understand while I am writing this. My mood is all down to even enjoy this meal! and mind you I ordered a combo!

wow so much for a taco bell reputation!
