The good: The apartments quality and their prices are actually pretty good. Additionally, maintenance is fast to respond, professional, and warm.

The bad: aggressive towing and poor parking cost my 3 roommates and I about $1500+ from being towed 4 times.

If you're renting an apartment solo, I'd recommend this spot because of it's amenities and decent prices. Just always make sure you park in your designated spot to avoid towing

If you're planning on moving in with roommates, I would advise thinking twice. Unless you're like me and are willing to park a 10-15mim walk outside the complex, you will eventually be towed.

If you do decide to rent with roommates, always always always look carefully at and around the spot to ensure it is unmarked - some spots are better marked than others. Additionally, ensure your tags and registration are up to date. They are prompt with towing - for example, my friend got a temporary exemption as he was getting his tags. Getting the tags took longer than expected; when his exemption expired, by 8:30am the following morning his car was gone.

Paid parking can be purchased to ensure designated spots but are per person additions that add up

Susana in the office has been incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire leasing process and has promptly resolved all issues as they’ve arisen. I can not say enough about her ability to provide exemplary service and how she goes above and beyond for her residents. Having staff like her is a factor in staying in this apartment. I lived at Montage Apartments for four years, and unfortunately, the quality of both the property and management steadily declined over that time. By the final year, my unit was completely overrun with cockroach-like bugs. Despite multiple attempts to get maintenance involved, nothing was done to resolve the issue.

Management is extremely difficult to deal with—unresponsive, dismissive, and unwilling to address serious concerns. The overall environment of the property has also gone downhill. There are frequently homeless individuals around the complex, which contributes to ongoing safety concerns.

Noise is another constant problem. Neighbors are regularly loud, and disturbances are common at all hours. During my time there, I personally witnessed car wheels being stolen, people openly smoking in the parking lot, and my own vehicles were damaged on more than one occasion. There were also multiple incidents of drinking, fighting, and even windows being broken in the middle of the night.

Overall, this place has become unsafe, poorly managed, and not worth the cost. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Been living here for about 3 months now. The community has improved so much with the new manager, Sara! She gets things done for us so fast and is always prepared for us, even when the office is super busy! Very thankful to be here! The amenities are so beautiful as well! The nicest pool in the area!
