I can’t say enough positive about everyone at The Cove, from Sam’s initial tour and getting us all set up and the entire management team!! It’s top notch.

The community has been very welcoming!

I am so incredibly happy with my experience in this community, and a huge part of that is thanks to the amazing management team. Sam has been absolutely wonderful to work with—he is incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure any questions I had were answered completely. Stacy has also been fantastic, stepping in to make sure everything on the administrative side runs smoothly and seamlessly. It is rare to find a team that is this attentive, welcoming, and dedicated to their residents. If you are looking for a great community with a staff that truly cares, definitely ask for Sam and Stacy—they are the absolute best!

The Cove Apartments are a great place to live. Sam was very helpful in our move in process. He got back to us very quickly with any questions or problems we had. The facilities are very nice and the views from the apartments are incredible.

The Cove is truly the best place ever to live. The units, amenities, location, and Cove team are all exceptional - it really is resort-style living. The comfortable, peaceful ambiance throughout the property is top notch and makes this such a relaxing place to be day in and day out. We've lived here for 3+ years and have loved pretty much every moment of it. Whenever there have been issues, the Cove team is extremely communicative and quick to help resolve it for you. Shoutout to all of the team members we've worked with, including Arnie (and his entire team), Sabrina, Courtney, and Jessica.
