This team was so productive. So professional. Very mindful. I visited with my busy one year old, every single person greeted us with a smile and great conversation. They make you feel very comfortable and confident. They aren’t just trying to sell you. Everyone helped me throughout my visit and at the end it felt like I was very taken care of, their patience meant the world to me helping me through my appointment time with my daughter. Not many places have patience for kids. Highly would recommend this location every time. Wonderful people. So helpful.

Dr Slack is AMAZING and I had the absolute best customer service experience with Daniel! helped my son find the perfect glasses for his face, eased his nervousness about the dr, and made helpful recommendations. Thank you!

The two employees working on Memorial Day, had excellent attitudes. I was treated with respect and customer appreciation.

The virtual Dr worked well with the onsite personnel, which made it a seamless exam. Every step was explained.

I loved all of my visit! I loved the Dr. He was super nice, walked me through everything and explained everything he saw on the pictures in a way I'd understand. I have diabetes so it was relieving to hear and understand his concerns. The woman who checked me in and did my pre-appt stuff was also really pleasant and great to interact with. Danny at the front desk was great. He was slammed with people checking in, picking things up, picking glasses. There was a wait and he checked in with me multiple times. He helped me pick some fun glasses with personality and understood what I was going for. He wasn't pushy. He was very knowledgeable about everything. I overheard him with others and he was really great at getting down to someone's level and matching their energy. I 100% will continue to come here for my vision needs and have already recommended them to friends.

I scheduled family eye exams all on a Saturday. The morning of the apt I got an email saying that 2 apt times were changed. When we showed up to get our exams, we were then told they could only accommodate half of my apts and I'd have to reschedule the rest of them for another day. I didn't get it bc we were all confirmed for our apts.

We looked around at frames, got our eyes measured and puffs of air done and then waited another hour before we were even seen. An hr after our apt times and there was only one other person in the waiting room who was buying frames.

When I questioned the techs on why we couldn't keep all scheduled apts they were a bit rude about it saying it was our faults bc they couldn't reach us. We even arrived at 1:30pm for our 2pm apts.

It was just one excuse after another on why they cancelled some of our apts for the day. I think next time we will drive to prince frederick or waldof for eye exams to avoid this location in the future.
