We needed a very large safe removed, and BB Locksmith came within a day of our call. The removal was not easy, but they did a great job at a reasonable price. We were very pleased, and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any problem within their area of expertise.

A safe stopped working and I called BB Locksmith. They arrived same day, Mike the locksmith was professional, honest, respectful and extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend BB Locksmith services.

Locked myself out of the house and my garage door would not open. The door entry has a dead bolt and I thought I was going to halve to break a window. But the BB tech was able to get the door open despite the dead bolt. Very efficient and successful.

I had a very negative experience at this locksmith on 3/31. I went in to discuss a project and was very turned off by the experience. The gentleman I spoke with had every excuse in the book to talk me out of my project. He also talked down to me and talked to me like I was stupid. He told me I don’t need a pin pad lock on my garage if I have myQ, just use that. I went down the street to Key Breeze and they were so much more welcoming and actually accommodated my needs instead of talking me out of what I wanted to do.

we have quite a few short-term rental properties and guests are always locking something in or locking themselves out. This particular organization does a great job at being very timely with a 24 hour support team. We’ve had weekends and holidays that they’ve shown up within an hour and helped us resolve our problems. Very friendly people definitely would highly recommend using them when you find yourself needing to change out A lock or a key or installing newer technology for your doors.
