We couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional service we received from Steve’s Towing! We had a particularly difficult situation involving our boat and a broken trailer, and we knew from the beginning that moving it was going to be no easy task.

The gentleman Dan who came out to help us was absolutely incredible. He was patient, kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He immediately assessed the situation, knew exactly what needed to be done, and came up with a plan to make what could have been a very stressful and complicated job as smooth and manageable as possible.

What stood out to us just as much as his expertise was his attitude. He never made us feel like our situation was a burden or an inconvenience. He took his time, remained calm and patient throughout the entire process, and treated us with genuine kindness and respect.

It’s not every day that you come across someone who is not only exceptionally good at what they do, but also genuinely cares about the people they are helping. That kind of service is truly appreciated and deserves to be recognized.

We would absolutely recommend Steve’s Towing to anyone in need of towing or roadside assistance. They went above and beyond for us, and we are incredibly thankful for their help!

I had a very bad experience with this towing company. From the beginning, the driver was rude and disrespectful. I simply asked him to be careful with my car, and instead of being professional, he told me, “Don’t tell me how to do my job.” and said i was nitpicking and i pointed out a specific piece to be careful of cause it was loose he then yelled at me repeatedly saying if i cared so much i should get my own zip ties and tie it up myself i then calmly said it’s okay to be there i don’t think i have zip ties i just didn’t want it to break that’s all he then said “this whole car is broken you brought me into this situation it’s like bringing a doctor to a broken knee” during the tow, he started being extremely rough with my vehicle and ended up dropping the car to the floor by letting the jack out too fast I later discovered that the rubber boot on my tie rod had been damaged during the process.

JSN Towing took the job the next day and did perfect no scraping no scratches no damaging the vehicle the guy was also very respectful and had a very professional attitude the whole time

What concerned me even more was that when I asked him to leave, he was still partially connected to my car and almost drove away with my vehicle still attached. I had to yell for him to stop. (i have the video)

Once I started recording the situation, his behavior changed and he began acting as though nothing had happened and brought up calling the police. I was simply trying to document what was happening after my concerns about how my car was being handled were ignored.

I understand that towing can be difficult work, but there is no excuse for treating a customer’s vehicle roughly or treating the customer disrespectfully when they ask that their property be handled carefully. I would not recommend this company based on my experience specifically the driver the owner was kind enough to follow up and apologize and i wasn’t going to leave a review but then i think what if it was an older person being taken advantage of and disrespected like that.

SHADY illegal business practice!

Days after tow, this guy (not Steve) ends up showing up at the door to intimidate my mom into paying for the tow out of pocket, despite the insurance company already paying the tow company. Who knows how often they're going around trying to double collect. They're lucky we don't get authorities involved.
They should be ashamed trying to take advantage of old ladies.

Update - Glad that you see your Google reviews, but I'm gonna double down on above now. You were caught red handed. It's an obvious tactic - You show up in person at a home and ask for cash or check saying that the insurance wasn't paying (instead of dealing with the insurance yourself). If I wasn't there mom would have paid you because she wouldn't know what to do. You know mom would have never seen that money again had she paid you. Are you saying that you wouldn't have collected $ from her and then immediately collect from insurance? BS. You were standing there with all of the info from the insurance company including a PO#. It's people like you that erode trust in others. Steal a few bucks from an old lady? Just isn't right.
