I just had my Vehicle serviced here for the very first time. And Let me start by saying that Kris the service advisor is absolutely outstanding. Knowledgeable, and you can tell has tremendous integrity, Chris their office manager is just as wonderful, but it starts at the Top with their owner Mr Jeff Rowe. I’ll get back to Mr Rowe in a moment” This is how I ended up bringing my vehicle to German auto service, I also own a Jaguar model that I was looking for someone who I could count on to service this vehicle and take care of. so I was looking online and came across German auto, and based on what they had written within the overview on their about us section I decided to call, this was two years ago, and a gentleman picked up who happened to be Mr Rowe’s Brother, he informed me they did not work on the Jaguar brand, but that he was knowledgeable about them, (TRUE STORY) Mr Rowe’s brother was on the phone with me for over 15 minutes offering me answers to the situation I was having with that vehicle, and not only that, said that he would look further, and call me back on what I should do, and he did just that. A couple of days later even though it was concerning a vehicle that they don’t even service, his concern and kindness really impacted my spirit and my perspective about this company, and so I said to myself. If I ever purchase a vehicle that German auto services, that’s where Im going to take it! And I’m so THANKFUL I did! Mr Jeff Rowe is hands on! Understands his business. Has tremendous integrity, and like his brother is a great listener, but a better teacher in terms of getting you. And giving you the advice, and information you need to solve your vehicles issues and problems, so believe me, when you come here, you have come to the right place! and even though this is my first time! I am 💯 percent sure, and certain about what I just expressed ! And if I could have given them 10 stars I would. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ so I just did, and it’s well deserved, I look forward to building upon this great start in our relationship as a customer to this great business to take care of and maintain my Countryman Mini Cooper All 4

i don’t usually take my car to shops, as i do pretty much all of my own work from clutches to motor swaps to my own basic maintenance, but when it comes to german cars and especially porsches, sometimes it takes a special set of eyes and hands to figure out issues, which is where i took my car to porsche, thinking they would be the best at diagnosing and fixing my 2019 cayenne. porsche had my car for a total of 3 hours, and concluded that it needed a water pump, all new vacuum lines and other vacuum related systems to fix my turbo underboost code and issue. they quoted me a little over $8000, since that is a lot of money for a 22 year old, i decided to get a second opinion, which is when i took it to german auto service. they had my car for a little over a day, taking their time to figure out my issue, in which they found a vacuum line going to the pcv that was simply popped off. they charged me their $165 diagnostic fee and that was it and my car is good as new again. i will never take my car to a dealership and this place will be the only other hands touching my cayenne. thank you for being honest and helpful.

I was very excited to see a place to get my car serviced in between home and work (and they provide a free shuttle when dropping off the car.....PERFECT!).

Oil change was quoted at $175.
Picking up the car the bill was $230.
Huh?

"yes we estimated you only needing 7 quarts and your car took 10 quarts and it is $12/quart"

How is this not easily known?
$12 per quart???

I was also charged $2.50 for topping off my windshield fluid.
Huh?

Everyone seemed fine and the guy dropping me off in the morning was super nice. But I have to feel like I'm not getting nickel and dimed on an oil change. Wouldn't feel comfortable getting extensive work done if that is how its going to be with an oil change.

Unfortunate.

Received written bid for transmission service with new filter for 400. Took our vin number. When the car was picked up was told it didn't need a new filter. I wanted a new filter. Was told if they'd have done that it would have been over 800. So, why was it in the bid? Won't be going back.

We are on a cross country road trip and I started having a problem with the A/C in my Mercedes Benz. I found German Imports Specialists and gave them a call. When I first called, I was on hold for 27 minutes. I finally hung up and called back. They had forgotten that I was on hold and never apologized. However, I still went to them because of the good reviews. Graf called me back quickly with a diagnosis and solution. I told him to go ahead and do the work. When I got back to his shop, he told me I had a coolant leak. When he showed me the “leak” I realized that it wasn’t a coolant leak, whoever was working on my car had broken the reservoir accidentally (he did say that someone might have leaned on it, but then said that it shouldn’t have broken so easily). Although I did not have to pay for the labor, I still had to pay for parts.

After doubling checking his work, I found out that he broke some plastic pins and a latch which shows that he was too rough/not careful. Also, the problem that I originally brought the vehicle in for, still persists. I feel like all I spent today was a waste of money.
